What services do you offer? We offer a wide range of printing, document management, and graphic design services. more
Do you accept credit cards? Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do you provide pickup and delivery? Yes, we offer pick up and delivery in the greater Charleston area (Kiawah to East Cooper, Charleston to North Charleston). There is a minimum order amount to qualify for free pick up and delivery.
How long will my order take? While every order is unique, generally we process most printing and copy orders in one day. Usually walk in orders are processed "while you wait". Color printing, laminating, mounting, plotting, and design work will take longer because of the nature of the work and drying requirements for color work. Be assured that we will always try to get your order back to you as soon as possible. We have built our business and reputation on quick turn around.
LARGE FORMAT
What types of large format printing do you do? We do both black and white (what we call black line) and color. The b/w printing is done on our OCE TSD800 digital scanners and copiers. Color work is processed on our Epson 9600 plotter for photo quality and our TCS400 for color renderings and architectural drawings. Our b/w and color equipment are high-speed and produce crisp, clear output.
What size b/w originals can you process? In addition to processing standard AEC drawings up to 30" by 42", we can scan and copy originals up to 36" wide by almost any length. We can print on standard bond, 24# and 32# presentation bond, mylar, velum, and acetate. We also have the capability of reducing originals down to 25% and enlarging up to 400%
What size color originals can you process?
We can scan in up to 50" wide by any reasonable length. Our color plotter can output 44" wide by any reasonable length.
Can I give you a image file rather than bringing in the original? Yes you can. We can process files from DVDs, CDs, floppys, zip disks, or portable USB memory devices. You can also send us files electronicall using ftp or email. more
What format must these files be in?
They can be in an image format (gif, tif, jpeg) or in almost any application native format such as CorelDraw, PhotoShop, PageMaker, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, FreeHand, MS Office Applications, and Adobe Acrobat. We can process these file types in both Mac and Windows versions.
If you want us to print drawings produced by CAD programs, we prefer that you give us PLT or VIC files rather than native drawings. We will be happy to plot you drawing files, but there is an additional plotting fee for each drawing. There are links and driver info on the left side of this page to help you with producing printable plot files.
