Whether you use your web browser or FTP software to send us files, remember that our FTP site requires a password and userid. You cannot use anonymous logon. Call 843.853.5066 to register if you don't already have a password and userid.

- Create an email
Include detailed print instructions. Include type of file (zip, stuffit, etc.), native application for the file (Photoshop, QuarkXpress, etc.), number of copies, how to bind, whether pickup at our location or delivery, and job name and/or P.O. number.
- Compress or zip your files
If the files in your email attachment are 5MB or larger, you must compress or zip them before emailing. Go to Support for information on compression software for both the PC and Mac.
- Attach your files
Send your email to plot@anedigital.com for plots and large format black and white or graphics@anedigital.com for graphic work and large format color.

Plot your drawing files, view them, do test prints at your local printer if needed. Put plots into a job for transmission.

- Compress or zip your files
FTP can handle large files, but it is always best to send compressed files. Include a text file containing detailed processing instructions along with your compressed files in the zip or stuffit file. Go to Support for information on compression software for both the PC and Mac.
- Log into our FTP site
Either start your browser and enter our FTP address in the address line on the tool bar or start your FTP software and enter our address where indicated. Our FTP address is ftp.anedigital.com. Enter your userid and password when prompted by the site dialog box. Contact us to get your userid and password. Remember, you cannot logon to our ftp site anonymously.
- Upload your files
Navigate to our incoming folder and drag and drop your files in the folder on the browser window or select our incoming folder and the files you want to transfer using the appropiate method for your FTP software.
