Do not make any deposit check for bidding documents payable to A & E. Deposit checks are made payable to either the ARCHITECT, PROJECT MANAGER, or OWNER. The Invitation to Bid, our PlanWell site, and other sources will indicate who the deposit payee is.
The only instance where payment would be made directly to A & E is for purchase of the documents.

In addition, all shipping and handling costs are payable to A & E. Only in rare situations will shipping and handling be provided free of charge.
